Programs Have Similar Guideline
- Borrowers Must Be First Time Home Buyers.*
- They Have Low To Moderate Income Restriction.
- They Have Tenure of Ownership restrictions:
No interest accrues and no payments are made unless family (1) transfers title, (2) ceases occupying property as primary residence, or (3) refinances with cash out.
- Family Must Purchase A House Within The City Limits.
- Must Complete A Home Buyer Education Class.
- Must First Qualify For A First Mortgage.
* A first time home buyer is defined as not having an interest in a property in the last three (3) years. Some exceptions do apply please call office for details at 800-291-7928 ext 340.
